Identifiers and house numbers are exported as text, so leading zeros, slashes and letters survive intact. Source-language names are kept as printed; English can be added as a separate column.

This is a paid service. We quote after checking your sample, not before.
We convert the files you supply. There is no ready-made voter database to buy here.
We do not guarantee every cell. Scan quality varies, so check the sample against your PDF before the full batch runs.
This is not an official roll. We are independent of the Election Commission of India, and the published roll stays the reference document.
